Vintage Porcelain table lighter white floral

Description

1960sfliral porcelain table lighter! Some rust and minor flaws as seen in photos. About 4” tall. Made in Japan. Doesn’t work as is, needs to be serviced or cleaned. I reuse packing materials whenever possible. Thanks!!
3x3 1/2 in mid century 1960s era glass lighter pull out insert with a clear bubble optic glass insert , lighter moves up and down smoothly but unsure if works , needs a bit of silver cleaning
